Account Creation
User need to register with a valid email (to received the registration verification link, notification from Vypnet) and Username/Password for connection authentication
Ensure you have completed the Email verification by clicking on the link sent to your registered email address. Incase your have not receive any email from Vypnet. Please send an account activation request to support@vypnet.com
There are no bandwidth limitation for the trial and and plan purchased subscriber.
Installation Problem
Installation for OSX/IOS device is recommended to login and download VPN profiles default browser Safari. Windows and Android users are recommended to download certificate with default browser. Logon and download via third party application (non-browser application) may failed to download
Connection Problem
Ensure that the configuration server, remote ID, user name, and password are correctly configured (Ensure the character Case Sensitive are properly entered) Android user ensure CA certificate has successfully imported [Remarks: If the selected server configuration is not from the recommended one. For example: (United States), you must download/install the US server CA certificate/Profile from the U.S. configuration table to be able to connect to the US server.
Please follow the Setup Tutorial properly for your device type (IOS, Mac OSX, Andriod, Windows 10 supported)
Only supported one connection per server at a time. To use more than one devices for VPN connection, you can configure the second device with another server(options of US, UK, SG, JP) profile from your configuration table.
Normally this was due to your devices has installed with other VPN CA Certificate or Profile that conflict with Vypnet.
Remove other Profile in IOS (Settings -> General -> Profiles -> Remove profile )
The VPN profile installed has default to use certification for authentication, please select Username authentication instead
Navigate to (Settings -> Network -> Vypnet Server -> Authentication Settings... -> Username
Use your Vypnet Username/Password for the connection.
Payment Problem
Please relogin into Vypnet webpage to check the account expiry date. The renewal will be activated within five minutes after payment. If it is not successfully renew, please contact Vypnet customer service support@vypnet.com. Provided with the username for subscription, payment receipt/screenshot detail.
Login to your Vypnet account and select the ideal package for subscription. Vypnet accepts Paypal or CreditCard payment(via Paypal). Please refer to the payment tutorial on payment page.
